so, with the roads clearing up, my quest for a job resumes once again (i have
an interview at jason's deli today...i really hope i get that job!).  anyway, i
go by jack 'n' jill donuts because the paper said they were hiring.  i go by
early in the afternoon about an hour before they close and fill out the
application.  i hand it to the lady at the counter, and she's like "do you want
some donuts?  if i don't give them away, i'll just have to throw them in the
trash."  so like any sane person would (besides, perhaps, people who hate
donuts or who are diabetic), i say, "sure," and the woman hooks me up with
around a dozen free donuts.  kick ass!  i called this morning and they had
already hired who they needed, but at least i got some donuts out of
it...excellent comfort food!
