we went through dallas in hopes of avoiding a lot of shopping mall located
around I-635.  anyway, we decide to go to mr. chopsticks, an excellent chinese
food place with lots of vegetarian dishes for urch.  they are closed for the
holiday.  so we decide to go to bari's (awesome italian food place), only to
find it's closed for remodeling.  so we go to the other chinese food place, the
one i always got take out from, and it's filthy and full of rude angry
vietnamese women.  but we eat there anyway.  then we are gonna go to the X
(great record store) and it's closed!  grr.



i'll point out my grandmother lives on a farm and this will make more sense.  a
skunk has moved in under the bathroom connected to the bedroom me and urch are
sleeping in.  it got mad when i took a shower and so as i'm bathing, the
bathroom smelled skunkier and skunkier, i guess the skunk smell seeping up
through the heating vent in the floor.  oh, and i know how you feel about the
nothing to do but eat, brian.  it's the same here.  that and drag giant dead
tree branches to were she burns her trash.  and the tv is on way too much.  i
really wish she had come to lubbock to visit us instead.
