Well here I am.  Leaving at 11 am and getting here this morning at 2 really
sucked.  But no more driving for a while.  And so many more presents for being
near family.  I'd rather not have as many and be in Lubbock (never thought i
would say something like that).

There's only one thing I have against my family.  They don't plan things by
activities.  You ask "So what are we doing today?"  The only answer you get is
"Well, we're going over to such and such's for lunch and somebody else's for
dinner."  "Is that it?"  "Yup."

These people don't do anything other than eat.  Pure boredom between meals.
And my grandparents got a new computer, and I get to teach them how to use it.
Whatever hair I have left on my head is about to get ripped off by me.  They
haven't figured out the complexities of a start menu.  I'm in for a lot of
frustration.

Believe it or not, the Darwin testicle story didn't go over well with my older
cousins.  Go figure.

One cool thing did happen today while walking through Barnes and Noble.  I was
getting ready to leave and I see this guy walking towards me.  He's one of the
original vj's on MTV and is still there.  I think his name's Dave.  If I'd have
remembered his name I would have stopped him.  Strange, I saw him on MTV just 2
days ago.  He was buying Christmas presents for people.  The guy he was with
told him to get everybody Tolstoy.  Not necessarily the best sudgestion to
follow.

But hey, as long as i don't go psycho from being around family, I'll be fine.
Big if.  But I'll be gone till sometime between tuesday and thursday.  My
family is not good at planning things.
